Accessibility statement

FERAMA SOLUCIONES, S.L. is committed to making reservusia.com accessible in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018, standard EN 301 549 and level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

Compliance status

The Site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. It has been designed and reviewed with these criteria:

• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus and a skip-to-content link.
• Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and buttons.
• Booking calendar with labelled buttons (day, availability) and screen-reader announcements when information changes.
• Forms with visible labels, text error messages and a visible countdown to confirm a booking.
• Voice examples also show the text of every line, and sound can be switched off.
• Respect for the system's reduced-motion preference.
• Scalable text and a mobile layout without horizontal scrolling.
• Spanish and English versions, with the language of each page declared.

Known limitations

• The dashboard floor plan is a visual representation. The same information is available in the accessible list of the day's bookings.
• A held table lasts 5 minutes. If you need more time, you can pick the time again or book by phone.
• The voice demo needs a microphone. Alternatively, call the demo line or listen to the examples with their transcript.
• The interactive demos (calendar and voice examples) are in Spanish, as the demo businesses are based in Spain.
