This is a translation for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
This page explains which personal data is processed on reservusia.com and when a business uses Reservus IA to receive bookings or appointments, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
1. Who is responsible
On this website (reservusia.com): the controller is FERAMA SOLUCIONES, S.L.

When you book at a restaurant, salon or clinic that uses Reservus IA: the controller of your data is that business, as shown on its own website and in the confirmation. FERAMA SOLUCIONES, S.L. acts as processor (article 28 GDPR): it provides the technology and processes data only on the business's instructions and under contract.
2. What data we process and why
| Situation | Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Demos on this website | Whatever you type into the sample calendar, dashboard or agenda | Showing how it works. Stored in your browser or in a sample calendar that is reset. | Legitimate interest in showing the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR) |
| Voice demo on the website | Your voice while you talk to the assistant and what you say | Keeping the real-time conversation going. We do not keep the recording. | Your consent when you press the start button (art. 6.1.a GDPR) |
| Asking for a demo by WhatsApp or email | Name, phone or email and your message | Replying to your request | Consent and pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.a and b GDPR) |
| A booking or appointment with a business (web, WhatsApp or call) | Name, phone, optional email, date, time, party size or services and requests | Managing the booking, confirming it, reminding you and letting you change or cancel it | Performance of the booking you request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) |
| Special requests (for example, allergies) | Only what you choose to tell us | Allowing the business to serve you safely | Your explicit consent when you provide it (art. 9.2.a GDPR) |
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and no automated decisions with legal effects are made about you. At clinics, the assistant only manages the appointment: it never asks about symptoms or the reason for the visit.
3. Calls and WhatsApp handled by the AI assistant
The assistant says it is an artificial intelligence at the start. The booking details are kept and, if the case is passed to the team, a short summary so nobody has to ask you again. By default the audio recording is not kept. If a business decides to record calls, it must tell you before the call starts. You can ask to speak to a person at any time.
4. How long data is kept
Booking data is kept while needed to manage the booking and then for the period set by the business to handle possible claims, up to 12 months unless the law requires otherwise. Demo requests are kept for the duration of the business relationship. Demo data is deleted when the sample calendar is reset.
5. Who else has access
Providers of necessary technical services, under data processing agreements:
- Website hosting and data storage: a cloud infrastructure provider.
- Assistant voice and real-time conversation: ElevenLabs.
- Phone number and calls: Zadarma.
- WhatsApp and SMS: Meta's WhatsApp Business and the SMS provider used by each business.
- Email delivery: Resend.
- Language models: Anthropic and Google, through the services above.
- Payments, when a business asks for a card guarantee or deposit: Stripe.
Some may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case GDPR safeguards apply, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. No provider may use the data to train its models.
6. Card guarantee and deposit
If a business asks for a card guarantee or deposit, you enter your card details directly on Stripe's secure page (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Neither the business nor FERAMA SOLUCIONES, S.L. sees or stores the card number: only a reference to charge the amount you accepted in the booking terms if you do not show up.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time:
- If you booked with a business, contact that business. If you write to us, we will forward your request.
- For this website, write to hola@reservusia.com or by post to the address above, stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS with HSTS), API keys for external services only exist on the server and never reach the browser, the dashboard requires a password and a signed session, requests are rate-limited and each business's data is kept separate.
9. Minors
You must be over 14 to make a booking, the minimum age of consent in Spain under the LOPDGDD.
