1. Purpose
This legal notice governs the use of reservusia.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), which presents Reservus IA: a booking and appointment system for restaurants, beauty salons, spas and clinics, with an availability calendar on the web and an artificial intelligence assistant for phone calls and WhatsApp. By using the Site you accept these terms, which may change, so please review them each time you visit.
2. Site owner
In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), the owner's details are:

3. Demo businesses
The restaurant "Bodegón Alisio" and the salon "Estudio Alisio" shown on the Site are fictitious, and all bookings, names and phone numbers are examples. Please do not enter real personal data in the demos. The voice demo and the demo phone line are answered by an AI assistant working on a sample calendar.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The software, texts, design and brand assets of Reservus IA and Mr Crab 7 belong to FERAMA SOLUCIONES, S.L. or are used under licence. "Mr Crab 7" is a trademark registered with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office. Fonts are distributed under the SIL Open Font License and Lucide icons under the ISC licence. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the content without permission is forbidden, except for personal and private use.
5. Liability
The information on the Site is for guidance only. FERAMA SOLUCIONES, S.L. works to keep it accurate and available, but is not liable for damages arising from interruptions, technical errors, information published by third parties or linked sites outside its control. If you find a link to unlawful content, please let us know.
6. Terms of use
Access to the Site is free. You agree not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm the systems, information or rights of FERAMA SOLUCIONES, S.L. or third parties; not to try to access restricted areas, such as a business's dashboard or agenda, without permission; and not to automate calls or requests against the assistant or the demos.
7. Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts that are competent under the applicable regulations.
