This is a translation for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

This page explains which personal data is processed on reservusia.com and when a business uses Reservus IA to receive bookings or appointments, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

When you book at a restaurant, salon or clinic that uses Reservus IA: the controller of your data is that business, as shown on its own website and in the confirmation. FERAMA SOLUCIONES, S.L. acts as processor (article 28 GDPR): it provides the technology and processes data only on the business's instructions and under contract.

2. What data we process and why

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and no automated decisions with legal effects are made about you. At clinics, the assistant only manages the appointment: it never asks about symptoms or the reason for the visit.

3. Calls and WhatsApp handled by the AI assistant

The assistant says it is an artificial intelligence at the start. The booking details are kept and, if the case is passed to the team, a short summary so nobody has to ask you again. By default the audio recording is not kept. If a business decides to record calls, it must tell you before the call starts. You can ask to speak to a person at any time.

4. How long data is kept

Booking data is kept while needed to manage the booking and then for the period set by the business to handle possible claims, up to 12 months unless the law requires otherwise. Demo requests are kept for the duration of the business relationship. Demo data is deleted when the sample calendar is reset.

5. Who else has access

Providers of necessary technical services, under data processing agreements:

Some may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case GDPR safeguards apply, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. No provider may use the data to train its models.

6. Card guarantee and deposit

If a business asks for a card guarantee or deposit, you enter your card details directly on Stripe's secure page (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Neither the business nor FERAMA SOLUCIONES, S.L. sees or stores the card number: only a reference to charge the amount you accepted in the booking terms if you do not show up.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time:

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS with HSTS), API keys for external services only exist on the server and never reach the browser, the dashboard requires a password and a signed session, requests are rate-limited and each business's data is kept separate.

9. Minors

You must be over 14 to make a booking, the minimum age of consent in Spain under the LOPDGDD.
